At the start of a summer 2021 refurbishment on an industrial estate in Essex, WJ Shirley were instructed to inspect the below-ground drains by the Main Contractor.
As expected we found them in need of maintenance and repairs. Once all the work was finished we produced a final CCTV of everything to prove all drains were clear and in good repair for the incoming tenant.
