CCTV inspections on propety portfolio

WJ Shirley provide maintenance for Clipstone’s £500m portfolio of commercial/industrial properties via their Managing Agents, Kensingtons.

We carried out initial site/CCTV inspections of all properties to formulate a 5-year repair and PPM plan which we are now working through. This includes regular de-silting works, pump maintenance and oil interceptor maintenance. Unlike many drainage companies, our regular de-silting works include a CCTV inspection to check structural condition so that any issues can be identified and deal with before they become disruptive.
