A client with a roof that repeatedly overcharges in heavy rain instructed us to find a solution.
We carried out a below and above-ground inspection of the drainage to check for any maintenance issues. We then undertook roof gutter/outlet calculations against BS EN12056, found them under-sized and provided a new scheme to go out to tender.
