In July 2021 WJ Shirley provided pre-acquisition advice on the purchase of a 400,000 sq ft multi-let industrial estate in Kent.

We found the drains in poor condition and with legal compliance issues. As part of the works we provide cost consultancy for the required drainage improvement works and PPM of £0.25m. The new client instructed us to undertake these works which are now nearing completion.
