Sadie joined the team in 2022 as an Operations Co-ordinator and has since progressed through the business.

As a highly experienced consultant, Sadie leads our Consultancy team. She oversees the communication with clients, and with her in-depth knowledge, she provides advice and consultancy across a range of sectors.  

With our growing Consultancy team, Sadie is now heavily involved in the training and progression of our engineers and associate consultants, in addition to creating innovate improvements across her department. 

If you weren’t working for WJ Shirley, what would you be doing? A Psychiatrist, or something supporting people’s wellbeing.

Favourite place? My faveourite place in the UK is either the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales, I like to be in the mountains. 

Favourite restaurant to eat at? Way too many to choose from? I try to eat somewhere new most weeks if I can.
