Rob worked part time in the family business since 1982 and in a senior role since 2003. He is a director with overall responsibility for the business, dealing with new business opportunities, development of new products and services and providing advice on drainage costs, legislation, and best practice.

Outside work, Rob likes growing fruit and veg in the polytunnel, history, cooking and (mostly watching) sport.

Favourite part of the job: Being able to create the right company culture, rather than having to fit into an exisiting one.
