Lauren joined W J Shirley in 2020 after having her own business as a Virtual Assistant. She has 20 years’ experience within the corporate industry and now runs the teams on the operations side of the business.

Outside of work Lauren loves walking her dog, being out in the countryside, crafts, gardening, and outdoor sports.

Favourite part of the job: Seeing people grow within their roles and supporting the growth of the business. Being part of a small family run business makes work a really enjoyable place to be.
