Lauren joined W J Shirley in 2020 after having her own business as a Virtual Assistant. She has 20 years’ experience within the corporate industry and now runs the teams on the operations side of the business.

Outside of work Lauren loves walking her dog, being out in the countryside, crafts, gardening, and outdoor sports.
