Jess joined WJ Shirley in 2025 after building her career and gaining her CIMA accreditation with a previous company. She has 13 years of experience in multiple financial roles and now manages all things finance for the business.

Outside of work Jess loves the gym and running, enjoys long walks with her partner and dog and socialising with friends and family.

Favourite part of the job: The people. The team spirit at WJS is fantastic, everyone is so supportive of each others’ goals and the business’ needs and aspirations. There is a culture to provide an excellent service internally and externally.

Favourite drink: A cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc on a Saturday evening.

Favourite county: Cumbria
