Holly joined our Consultancy department in summer 2026, bringing valuable experience from the distribution and storage industry, where she previously worked as a Deputy Operations Manager.

Although fairly new to the team, Holly’s favourite part of the role so far is designing the site maps featured in the reports (she loves a straight line!).

 When not at work, Holly is busy with her young family, often going for days out at the coast. Although not a runner, she is currently raising money for Alzheimer’s Society through running Richmond RunFest 10k, with plans of running a half marathon in 2027. 

What do you like the most about working here?  The culture and atmosphere in the office. I felt part of the whole team since day 1!

If you didn’t work for WJ Shirley, what would you be doing? I would love to be a freelance graphic designer, designing and rebranding clients’ logos and websites. 

Favourite meal?  Anything chinese takeaway!
