James joined WJ Shirley in 2024 and was completely new to the industry. 

Over the past two years, James has gained a number of groundworks and street works qualifications, in addition to his previous IT qualifications gained prior to joining the business. 

James’ favourite part of the role is competing challenging projects within the deadlines, keeping clients happy. 

James is a keen Leeds United supporter, so when not at work, he is usually watching football.
