Josiah joined the team in 2025 following a career as a chef, progressing to the role of Head Chef before deciding it was time for a change.

 

Josiah is enjoying working within a new industry as it allows him to be outside and also see places he would never usually go to. His career highlight since working at WJ Shirley is successfully progressing through the PDP*, achieving high grades every time.

 

 

A hidden talent? I am fluent in 3 different languages!

If you didn’t work for WJ Shirley, what would you be doing? I would be a nurse.
