Fabian joined WJ Shirley in 2023 with another valued engineer, Zeeshan, following a number of years working for another drainage company. 

Prior to working in the drainage industry, Fabian was training to be a driving instructor. Something he plans on returning to complete one day, maybe in St Lucia. 

Outside of work, Fabian enjoys spending time with his family, especially now he has a young daughter. He also enjoys playing football and basketball, having gained a coaching certificate for both.
