Highlights

•  Progressing to Associate Director, having only joined a little over 4 years ago with absolutely no experience in drainage.
•  Working on large projects. It’s very challenging but encouraging to see it all come together.

Daniel previously worked as a chef for 10 years but fell out of love with the job. He didn’t think he would find love in drainage but he has now been with WJ Shirley for over 4 years.

He is a massive Luton Town FC fan and has held a season ticket there for most of his life. He also loves music and prides himself on his ability to guess a song before anyone else can!

Daniel hopes to remain with WJ Shirley for a long time to come and is looking forwards to helping the company go from strength to strength.

 Favourite part of the job: Patching. Daniel loves nothing more than seeing a brand new, clean patched installed where there had previously been a bad break. He often tries to break his record of how many he can install in a day – his current record is 18! 

Favourite drink: Rubicon Mango or a nice fruit cider

Favourite food: A Super Noodle Sandwich – its amazing!
