Charlotte previously worked as a Brand Manager for an equestrian fashion brand, selling B2B across Europe and B2C globally.

After feeling like it was time for a change, Charlotte joined WJ Shirley in January 2025 as the Marketing Manager. 

When not at work, Charlotte spends weekends and evenings competing and training her horses. She was a reserve rider for the British Dressage England Team at the Youth Home Nations in both 2024 and 2025.  

Favourite part of the job: The whole culture of the business – I look forwards to coming into the office!
