In 2020, Ben joined WJ Shirley to work onsite and has since progressed to the role of Contracts Manager in 2025. 

Ben quickly settled into his new role, meeting clients onsite and overseeing our teams of groundworks specialists. As Contracts Manager, he is responsible for coordinating projects from initial scope of works through to completion to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, going out and exploring new places. He also enjoys playing football every Tuesday evening (even if he does have two left feet!)
