Sadie has 18 years’ experience working in the education sector.
Most recently she worked as a Regional Manager for 28 sites. As part of this she managed large numbers of people across the UK, supporting them in developing themselves, their teams and their buildings.

Sadie joined WJ Shirley in August 2022 as Business Manager after feeling it was time for a brand-new challenge and a change of direction in her career.
